OTHER IMPORTANT LINKS:

The Indianapolis Department of Public Works began its work to revitalize W. 38th Street in June 2010. This will be an extensive job to upgrade the street from the bridge onto I-65 on the east end of W. 38th Street to High School Road on the west. For more information on the plan, click here.
